File Encryptor Box is a personal encrypted vault for Windows. Add any file, protect it instantly, and restore it whenever you need — all without leaving your computer.
Simple by design — one password protects everything in your vault.
Set a single password once. Every file you add is protected with it — no need to remember a password per file.
Pick any file from your computer and it's added to your vault immediately. Choose to keep or remove the original copy.
Unlock your vault and restore any file back to a folder of your choice, fully usable exactly as it was.
See every protected file at a glance — name, size, and the date it was added — all in one clean list.
No cloud sync, no account, no data collection. Your files and your password stay on your computer at all times.
File Encryptor Box automatically matches your system language, with support for multiple languages built in.
Three simple steps to keep a file safe.
The first time you open the app, choose one password to protect your entire vault.
Pick a file to protect. It's added to your vault right away, encrypted with your password.
Unlock your vault anytime, pick a file, and restore it to a folder of your choice.

No. File Encryptor Box has no cloud storage and no account system. Your files and your master password stay on your device at all times.
For your security, your master password is never stored anywhere — only you know it. This means it cannot be recovered. If you forget it, you can reset your vault, but any files stored in it at that point cannot be recovered.
No. Every time you add a file, you're asked whether to keep or remove the original copy. Nothing is deleted without your confirmation.
Yes. When you restore a file from your vault, you pick the destination folder yourself.
No account, no sign-in, no email required. Just set your master password inside the app and you're ready to go.
