By downloading, installing, or using File Encryptor Box ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
The App is provided to help you protect files on your own device with a password you set. You are responsible for choosing and remembering your master password, and for keeping your device secure.
Your master password is never stored by the App. If you forget it, files protected by it cannot be recovered by us, the App, or any other party. Resetting your vault after a forgotten password permanently deletes the files it contains. You accept this risk by using the App.
You are solely responsible for the files you choose to add to your vault and for maintaining backups you consider necessary. We recommend keeping independent backups of anything critical, as with any software that handles your files.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, files, or access resulting from use of the App, including but not limited to a forgotten master password, device failure, or accidental deletion.
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@iamdev.me.
